Where the vision for Gold Standard Ministries started:
Over 40 years ago God spoke to me and gave me a very clear vision of what He was calling me to do. It would include a property where people could come for a time and be trained – discipled, to become mature sons and daughters knowing who they are in His sight and what His plan included for their lives.

Like Moses, I tried to make it happen in many ways and many times. Through all those efforts I
learned much but couldn’t make what He spoke to me happen. I had much to learn and much to lay
down, yielding to His will and His way. He will wait for our hearts to be in a place of surrender that allows Him to take
action.
When the love of my life died in 2007 it felt like the vision just couldn’t happen now. I struggled to believe that God’s plan for my life could still happen without my husband. I continued to study and teach and train, but the vision never faded, even though the money needed for a facility seemed impossible to obtain. In 2018 I was suddenly and very unexpectedly gifted with a large amount of money for God’s vision in me to happen. God assured me that He always intended to fulfill the vision and I wasn’t too old for Him to make that happen.
With the onset of Covid-19 in 2020 I found my time freed up to write the courses on Discipleship, my identity – what God says about me, God’s eternal covenant and His Names, which reveal His true character, and the glorious destiny He planned for all of us. Holy Spirit continued to cause revelation to flow from wells deep within. However, with the separated time during that period I also discovered that it is possible for the world to access the training through online resources. The materials and training will now also be available globally for anyone. I can now understand why He kept Moses in the wilderness for 40 years, there were so many things I needed to know and understand and so much shaping, molding and growth that needed to happen in me from the initial vision to the manifestation of it. I’m so very grateful that, in spite of my advancing years, it was always His intention to fulfill what He put in my heart so long ago. We have a vibrant, growing group of people being taught locally with the goal of following the biblical mandate of being sent out to disciple others. We will also have online video classes for this purpose coming soon.
